Mockbox Terms of Use
These terms supplement Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. If these terms conflict with Apple’s standard agreement, Apple’s agreement controls. Contact support@coldter.com with questions.
What Mockbox provides
Mockbox is a personal media viewer that presents photos and videos you authorize through a collection of original, parody-inspired interfaces. It does not provide an account on, connect to, publish to, or claim affiliation with any social media or streaming service.
Your media and private server
You remain responsible for media you import, view, save, or access through a private Stash server. You must have permission to use that content and to access the server address and credential you enter. Mockbox does not transfer ownership of your media and does not host your private library for you.
Apple In-App Purchases
Mockbox may offer an Annual plan and a Lifetime purchase. Both unlock the features described on the in-app purchase screen. Localized price and applicable terms are shown by Apple before you confirm.
- Annual: an auto-renewing subscription billed to your Apple Account. It renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before that period ends. Manage or cancel it in your Apple Account subscription settings.
- Lifetime: a one-time, non-consumable purchase that provides continuing access on supported devices while Mockbox remains available and compatible.
- Restore: use Restore Purchases in Mockbox Settings while signed into the Apple Account that made the purchase.
Apple handles billing, cancellations, and refund requests under its policies. No purchase is sold through this website.
Acceptable use
Do not use Mockbox to violate law, infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, gain unauthorized access to a device or server, or distribute harmful content. You may not reverse engineer or redistribute the app except where applicable law expressly permits it.
Availability and changes
Media playback and Stash access depend on your device, file formats, network, and server configuration. We may update Mockbox to improve compatibility, security, or features. Features that depend on third-party platform services, including Apple purchases and update delivery, may change with those services.
Warranty and liability
Mockbox is provided under the warranty and liability terms in Apple’s Standard EULA and any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Privacy
The Mockbox Privacy Policy explains how device media, local-network connections, purchases, diagnostics, and support requests are handled.
